Eligibility

All participants must be a member of a CCNB registered club. For participants outside of NB, they

must be a member of a registers club for their province or for their country of origin.

Registration

Only registrations done thru http://www.zone4.ca will be accepted.

Deadline for registration is Friday March 27 at 7h00pm. No registration in the

morning.

Fees are as following and must be paid during the online registration and are non-refundable:

36.16 $ CAD for (open, masters and Para Nordics) Tax included.

30.51 $ CAD for (Atom thru Junior) Tax included.

Lunch will be included. The lunch will be served after the race.

Note that the registration fees are payable online and are not refundable.

Race Course

Participant will be able to view the race course at the competition site the day of the race.

Results will be posted on the following web site http://www.zone4.ca

Start

It’s going to be a Mass start. The selection of the start will be taken from the NB Cup Standing

before this race. If they are new participant they will start in the back of their category.

Bib Availability

We will provide the bib at the coach’s meeting on Saturday March 28 at 10h00.

Participants must pay a 60$ CAD fee for bibs that are not returned.

Awards

Medal will be given to the Top 3 of every category for both genders. Also ribbons will be given to

the 4th

to 6th

position for the Atom, Mini-Atom, Pee Wee, Mini-Midget & Midget categories (boys &

girl).

Awards will be presented during the banquet after supper at around 6h00.

Door prizes will be awarded based on random draws from all participants. Winners must be

present at the time of the draw in order to claim prizes or they will be redrawn.

Also during that night, with this last NB Cup race CCNB will give the awards to the winner in each

category of the 2015 NB Cup series. Also the NB Cup will be award to the club who will have the

most point for the NB Cup series.

Banquet

The banquet will be held at La Source in Charlo. The banquet will be a pasta buffet.

Prices are as follow: Adults $20.00 (tax included) and Student $14.00 (tax included). The banquet

will start at 5:00 pm. Ticket will be available in the morning of the race at the Chalet. You will also

be able to buy banquet ticket on Zone 4.

Cancellation

Any Change in the event location or timing will be posted as early as it is known at Les Aventuriers

Cross country ski club Chalet, Les Aventuriers web site http://charloaventuriers.ca/ & http://

http://www.xcski-nb.ca/ and circulated by e-mail.

Waxing Room

Waxing area will be available in a building near the Chalet or in the Chalet basement.

First Aid

Will be available on site.

The parking is near the Aventuriers Chalet.
